Good Steven is a short comedy about a simple dog's simple life. It's told from the perspective of the dog and is narrated by the dog as well. It covers everything he does in a day, which is very limited since he does so few things. But he enjoys doing them in his own way and at his own pace. The phrase, 'It's a dog's life' was made for Steven.

6. Oh Shit!

All Laura wanted that day was to go the restroom in peace ... unfortunately, it wasn't in the cards. TMI is just the beginning.

A short faith-based drama.

8. The Robbery

Director: Stan Williams

Genre: Narrative Short

A bank is robbed by mimes. It's 3 1/2 minutes. It would take less time to watch it than it would to read 1000 words about it. Plus, the last 500 words would be 'mimes' over and over.

9. Stakes

Director: Brandon Mason

Country of Origin: USA

Genre: Narrative Short

Advertising Executive Jeremy Jacobs is about to take on the biggest client of his career but complications arise when he discovers she is represented by London McNeil, the woman who left him heartbroken after a rejected marriage proposal one years earlier.

10. Bubble

Director: Jen West

Country of Origin: USA

Genre: Narrative Short

A woman is stirred from slumber by sounds of the earth shifting. She discovers a large bubble which she instinctively knows should never pop. Instead of seeing her reflection inside, she sees a little girl trapped reaching out for help. The woman enters the bubble, and becomes the child. She is then lead on a terrifying journey that makes you question who is really who in the end.

11. Smart People Being Stupid Presents: The Hot Pepper Eating Contest

Director: Sam Frazier Jr.

Country of Origin: USA

Genre: Documentary Short

Once a year, the Sidewalk Film Festival hosts its fundraising event, the Salsa Showdown. There are many attractions that day, including piñata smashes, salsa/ guacamole/ queso taste tests, and a children's play area. But the real highlight is the hot pepper eating contest, where contestants eat increasing spicy peppers up to and including the 'ghost pepper'--the hottest pepper known to mankind. There is no real reward, except bragging rights, yet it holds host to many university researchers, doctors, and other successful people from different walks of life. It is then truly, smart people being stupid for no apparent reason.

12. Riverside

Director: Chris Garrison

Country of Origin: USA

Genre: Animated Short

Edwardian era widower Ambrose struggles to cope with the death of his young wife, Virginia. But when his grief turns to anger, he decides to confront her. Music by 13ghosts.

13. Hell of a Job

A recently deceased young man named Joe finds himself at the gates of heaven, which actually resembles a drab office.
